OneXnect Refund and Cancellation Policy
Effective date: November 7, 2026
This policy explains how cancelling and refunds work for OneXnect, a product of Mfini Inc. It is part of the Terms of Service. Prices are on the website.
Charging begins when billing launches. Until then, OneXnect is free and nothing is charged.
1. How you are charged
- Free plan. No card is needed and nothing is ever charged. Each month includes a set number of tool calls and browser minutes; past them, the counted actions stop until the next month or an upgrade.
- Pro plan. A monthly fee that includes some use, plus what you use beyond it. You are charged on the 1st of each month for the month before, to the primary card you saved with our payment processor, Stripe; if it is declined, to your other saved cards, newest first, until one is accepted. Each amount is charged once. If your unbilled use passes $100 during a month, that amount is charged then and deducted from the month's statement.
- Enterprise. As agreed in writing.
Each charge has a statement and a receipt on the dashboard, with each line, the tax and the total.
2. Cancelling
- An owner cancels on the dashboard's Billing page by going back to the Free plan. No email or call is needed.
- Cancelling takes effect at the end of the current month. That month is charged as usual: the base fee and the use beyond what it includes.
- Nothing is deleted when you cancel. Your users, connections and settings stay, within the Free plan's limits.
- To close your account and delete your data, an owner writes to support@onexnect.com; we close it and delete its data within 30 days.
3. Refunds
- Use already billed is not refunded. Tool calls, browser minutes and new connections are charged for what was used, and that use has already cost us our vendors' fees.
- The base fee is not refunded for a partial month, including the month you cancel in.
- Billing errors are refunded. If we charged you twice, charged the wrong amount, or charged for use our records don't support, we refund the difference to the card that was charged.
- Unauthorized charges are refunded. If a charge was not authorized by your business, tell us and we refund it to the card that was charged, and help secure your account.
- Our failures. If the Service was unavailable for a long period through our fault, write to us; we will consider a credit or refund case by case.
To ask for a refund, write to support@onexnect.com within 60 days of the charge, with the date and amount. We reply within 5 business days. Refunds go back to the card that was charged; your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show them.
4. Failed payments
If every card on file is declined, we try again on days 1, 3, 7 and 14 after the first attempt, through the cards in the same order, and email your owners each time with a link to update the card. A new card is tried at once. If every attempt fails, your account moves to the Free plan. Nothing is deleted, and the amount stays owed until it is paid.
5. Disputes
Please write to us before disputing a charge with your bank; most problems are quicker to fix directly.
6. Taxes
Texas customers pay Texas sales tax, shown as its own line on each statement and receipt. Tax on a refunded amount is refunded with it.
