Write from the address you sign in to the dashboard with, and name your tenant. Ids help us find the exact call: call_, con_, usr_, agt_, or a key's prefix. Never send a whole API key or user token.
Where to write
Billing and refunds
A charge you don't recognize, a statement, or a refund. Include the month and your tenant's name.
Your account and team
Signing in, joining a tenant, an invite that didn't arrive, or closing your account.
Privacy and data
Access to, export or deletion of personal data we hold, and other privacy rights.
Security
A vulnerability, or a key or token you think has leaked. Revoke a leaked key on the dashboard first.

Open your tenant, then the page named on each card.
Usage and charges
This month's tool calls, browser minutes and connections.
What happened
Key, team and limit changes, users' write settings, and approved or declined writes.
Too many requests
Your rate limits, daily totals and pauses, set by your owners.
A leaked key
Revoke it and issue a new one; it stops working at once.
When a call is refused
A refused call says why in its code. An error from the service itself is passed on whole.
- 429 limit_reached
- A limit your owners set was reached. Retry-After says when to try again; the Limits page shows which.
- 403 not_declared
- The agent doesn't declare that service. Add it to the agent's services.
- 403 not_granted
- The user hasn't granted this agent that service or website.
- 403 not_connected
- The user has no working connection to that service. Ask them to connect it.
- 403 write_denied
- The user set this write to denied for this agent.
- 403 paused
- The key, user or agent is paused on the dashboard.
- 202 awaiting_approval
- Not an error: the write waits for the user's decision, relayed by your app.
- 409 sign_in_needed
- The website's session lapsed and couldn't be renewed. Send the user a new sign-in link.
